- Where will you wait for me at my hotel/apartment/home?
If you go from your hotel to the Airport, you will meet our partner in the reception hall.
- Who will wait for me at the airport?
Our partner will be in the arrivals hall with the Name of Group / Booking to the anticipated arrival gate. If you don’t exit through this gate, you should go to the arrivals gate indicated on the notice board of the airport. From there, our partner will accompany you to the parking of coaches and he will help you load the luggage.
- Is the transfer direct or do we stop en route?
Stops are possible, but you will be charged with an extra fee of 40 € per hour.
- Can I cancel my booking? Is it free of charge?
Cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the arrival time, free of charge( excluding bank’s fee). Cancellations made within less than 24 hours will result in the full transfer fee being deducted from your account.
- Are my credit card details secure?
The transaction is ensured by the electronic payment platform of PAYPAL. Credit card details are transmitted over the internet using an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system. By using this method, we protect your credit card details from unauthorized access. This system is used by many financial institutions all over the world for the making and transferring of payments via the internet.
- How can I pay?
Either via company’s deposit acoount (the informations will be send to your e-mail), or via secure credit card transaction (PAYPAL) after your booking submission. In case of extra charge (luggage,equipment, etc.) we will inform you, and you can pay either electronically or in the airport where you cannot use your credit card.
- How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
As soon as you submit your booking a confirmation e-mail with your booking info will be sent to your e-mail address. In case of false submission info please contact us in 2102446221 or 2102446222, or else send us an e-mail in firstname.lastname@example.org
- We have a lot of luggage/sports equipmet/pets/etc. Is there any problem with that?
There is no certain restriction regarding your luggage. However you should inform us for extra equipment in your booking, or via email or telephone(at least 24 hours before your arrival). In that case we will inform you about the possible extra charge to be paid upon your arrival at the Airport, or electronically from our website(at least 72 hours before your arrival)
- I have left something in the vehicle. How do I get it back?
Contact us for you loss and as soon as we find it, we wil inform you to arrange its dispatch to your address.
- I travel with children. Can they travel free of charge? Do you provide child-seats?/Can I have child-seat?
Children are equally charged. We can provide child-seat free of charge, as long as you inform us at least 24 hours before your arrival.
- I am disabled. Can I travel with a wheelchair?
A wheel chair can be transported free of charge, preferably with given notice.
- What type of vehicles (cars) are used for the transfer?
Our company uses small vans or larger buses -which are displayed under “Our Fleet” tab- according to your needs. In case you are carrying sports or any other type of equipment, it is best that you inform us beforehand.
- What happens if I’ve lost my luggage? How long will the driver wait for me?
If you discover that your luggage has gone missing, you should inform us as soon as possible by using the phone number shown on the confirmation letter and that you have arrived at the airport and still require the transfer within 15-20 minutes. If you have not contacted the driver (or us) within these time limits, the driver can leave the airport or station without waiting any further. Failing to inform us will be regarded as a ’non-show’ and the transfer fee will be deducted from your credit card.
- What happens if I miss my flight or my flight is cancelled?
You must inform us of your cancellation and your next flight departure information in our company’s telephone numbers. . Failing to inform us will be regarded as a ’non-show’ and the transfer fee will be deducted from your credit card/account number.
- What happens if my flight is delayed?
We always confirm the flight arrival times. The driver will wait for all flights that are delayed and your transfer is provided without any additional charges.
- At what time will I be picked up on return transfer? How will I know what the pickup time is?
Usually your departure from Athens, is about 3 hours before your flight departure. However there will be notice to your group supervisor for the exact departure time.
